Delivery and Returns
Delivery
All orders placed after 3.30pm will be dispatched next working day.
Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery and 3-6 days for international shipping.
We will notify you by e-mail if there will be a delay, and you will be given the option to cancel your order.
For orders outside the EU there may be custom charges to pay.
Delivery Costs
Ireland and Mainland Europe postage costs for your Magic Wheel is 15 Euro.
For all other countries or multiple orders please contact us for delivery costs
A signature is required upon delivery.

Refunds and Returns
Faulty items nay be returned for refund or replacement.
Any returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all packaging included.
We regret that we can not take back any products if there is no faults due to tire usage issues.
The time frame for returning a faulty product is 90 days.
In all cases please e-mail us before returning an item. You will be issued with a returns number which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. This will help in the processing of your returned package and avoid any unnecessary delays.
